Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Department of Paediatric Allergy and Immunology offers a home based oral immunotherapy service for children in the Greater Manchester region with peanut, some tree nut and sesame allergies. The food allergies will need to have been proven on formal hospital challenge. As space are limited and this is an NHS and not a Private service, patients cannot refer themselves directly but need to be referred by their GP or hospital consultant and then triaged by our consultant paediatric allergists. Please note that peanut OIT does not use Palforzia, as production of this product is being discontinued worldwide.
