The Paediatric Allergy Service at East Lancashire Teaching Hospitals offers a comprehensive service for children with all kinds of allergies, including foods, dust, animal, pollen, drug and venom allergy. The clinic offers a one stop service from diagnosis, investigation, treatment, education and follow-up for children with allergies. We also care for children with related problems of urticaria, angioedema and anaphylaxis as well as those with atopic conditions such as eczema, asthma and rhinitis. We have three consultant paediatricians with an interest in allergy, two specialist dietitians and two allergy nurse specialists.
