Service Description
The allergy service at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital conducts clinics throughout the week and offers a comprehensive service for children with all kinds of allergies, including foods, dusts, pets and pollens, drug allergy, anaesthetic allergies and venom allergy, including immunotherapy. The allergy team (specialist doctors and nurses and our dietitian) also care for children with related problems of urticaria, angioedema and anaphylaxis.

- tertiary multi-disciplinary paediatric eczema clinics
- day case and inpatient evaluation and management of complex allergies
- oral, sublingual immunotherapy, subcutaneous immunotherapy
- biologics and stem cell transplantation

- clinical trials: peanut immunotherapy, vaccines & allergy, Dupilumab for severe eczema
